Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.
Tracking numbers are updated once the package leaves our facility.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Damages

Dil Se Dard Tak is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at shipranagar89@gmail.com with photos of the damage, so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect address information.
